White Plains, New York — September 25, 2020 – Deutsch Capital LLC today announced that it closed on a co-investment with Monument MicroCap Partners, LLC in conjunction with a recapitalization of Kelly Roofing Holdings, LLC. Founded in 1972 and based in Bonita Springs, FL, Kelly Roofing installs replacement residential and commercial roofing systems, and repairs existing roofs in South Florida. Services include roof replacement, roof repairs, accessories (gutters, skylights, roof cleaning, etc.), and inspection and insurance claims.
