The company also installs skylights, gutters and other roofing related products. The combination of Kelly Roofing and Reliant Roofing will allow the company to serve a significant portion of the Florida market.

Deutsch Capital co-invested with Monument Microcap Partners, LLC to acquire Kelly Roofing in September 2020. Reliant Roofing represents the first recapitalization by Kelly Roofing.
